Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the returns and refund requests, shall be following the clauses as set forth:
Upon your purchase of the products and services through the Company’s Platform, you can place the return request within 7 days of placing the order by providing valid reason.
Customer has to pack the device carefully and share the video of that packaged device with the company. Once the company approves the packaging, device can be returned via courier or through any of our point of sale agents-chemist/stockist/agents.
Refunds are processed once the returned products get delivered to our warehouse in its original condition. All returned products will be subjected to quality screening. Once it clears the screening process, refund will be initiated. Refund shall be credited by the same mode of payment as it was received. You also have an option to request the payment to be transferred into your bank account and if your order was placed through COD, then you shall be refunded only by through NEFT. You will be refunded in the currency you were charged in. If this is not your native currency, your bank may charge exchange fees, or a change in the exchange rate may have resulted in a difference in the amount refunded compared to the amount you originally paid (in your native currency). It is solely your responsibility if you have to pay any fees or bear any losses in this process.
All Refunds shall be made only on the basis and upon investigation by us on following such guidelines.
The Refund shall be completed between 7-14 working days.
We have two (2) year replacement warranty wherein the customer can replace the device. Exchange is only allowed when damaged or substandard product has been delivered. To the customer. Exchange is subjected to screening. Once to be exchanged products reaches the company warehouse, it will be screened. On clearance of screening process, new product will be dispatched to the customer and tracking ID will be shared with the customer.
